Who we are

Approvals Weekly is a PayAPI product run by Chet Parker in London, UK, who is the data controller for the personal data described below.

Customer data

When you buy or subscribe we collect your name, email address, billing address and payment details. Payment card details are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. We use your details to deliver the sheets you paid for, manage your subscription, send service emails (such as receipts and delivery emails) and meet our tax and accounting obligations. Legal basis: performance of a contract, and legal obligation for financial records.

Planning data in the sheets

The sheets are compiled from public planning registers. We publish company names only, and remove personal names, phone numbers and email addresses. If you believe a sheet contains your personal data, contact us and we will remove it from future sheets.

Retention

Customer and billing records are kept for 6 years after your last purchase for tax purposes. Delivery logs are kept for 12 months.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data, or object to its processing. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
